Orders without personalization are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days of the order date (excluding weekends and holidays).
Personalized items require an additional 5—7 business days for production (this does not include transit time). If your order includes both personalized and non-personalized items, everything will ship together once the personalized item is complete.
Need to make a change? Please email blankets@chappywrap.mom as soon as possible with your order number and the updated information.
We're able to edit or cancel orders within 30 minutes of being placed during normal business hours. Once an order has been fulfilled and/or shipped, we're unfortunately unable to make changes - so the sooner you reach out, the better!
If you’re not completely in love with your ChappyWrap, we will accept returns for a refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase date.
Items must be in like-new, resalable condition and returned in their original, undamaged packaging. Refunds are issued back to your original form of payment, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

The personalization box on our site shows the maximum number of characters we can fit (including spaces). If your text goes over that limit, we’re unfortunately not able to stitch it — adding too many characters can affect the quality and readability of the embroidery.
We can currently embroider letters, numbers, and standard punctuation. Ampersands (&) are only available in our Poppy font (any order with an ampersand will automatically be stitched in Poppy). We’re not able to accommodate emojis, icons, or letters with accent marks, and unsupported characters may be omitted from the final design.

Yes! We love being part of your gifting moments. 💙 Physical gift cards and e-gift cards are available on our site and never expire.
All orders include a packing slip with no pricing information, so they’re gift ready. You can also add a personalized gift message at checkout.
We also offer gift boxes for an additional cost, which include tissue paper and a ChappyWrap sticker for a polished finishing touch.
